This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (Vercel). When you visit the website, technical access data may be processed by the hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, requested pages and files, date and time of access, referrer URL and similar server log data.

Purpose: technical delivery of the website, security, error and abuse prevention, and stable operation. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR — legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website.

4. Contact form (project request)

The contact page provides a project request form. When you submit it, the form opens your local email client with a prefilled message addressed to info@bodyanez.com. No form data is stored on this website.

The form fields that may be included in the prefilled message are:

• name
• email address or Telegram handle
• project type
• budget range (optional)
• deadline (optional)
• message content

This data is used only to respond to the request and to discuss a possible project. Submitting a request does not create a contract.

5. Contact by email, Telegram or Instagram

If you reach out directly by email, Telegram or Instagram, the data you provide will be processed for the sole purpose of responding to your request. Depending on the channel and your message, this may include name, email address, Telegram username, Instagram profile, project details and message content.

Communication via Telegram (operated by Telegram FZ-LLC) and Instagram (operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) is also subject to the privacy terms of those providers, which apply independently of this Privacy Policy.

This website does not intentionally use analytics, tracking or marketing cookies. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded.

7. Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter via the signup form on this website, your email address is processed by Sendinblue / Brevo (operated by Sendinblue SAS, France, EU) as a processor on our behalf. We use a double opt-in flow: after submitting the form you receive a confirmation email and only land in the list after you click the link inside.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR — your explicit consent. We store the time of consent and the source page (e.g. footer) as proof. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, with no impact on past lawful processing.
